Questions brands usually ask

What's your turnaround time?

Typical deliverable turnaround is 5–7 business days from brief approval. Rush timelines available for event-based campaigns.

Do you handle FTC disclosures?

Yes. All sponsored content includes clear, conspicuous disclosures and uses Instagram's paid partnership label when applicable.

Can brands use my content for ads?

UGC packages include usage rights for brand ad accounts. Whitelisting (running ads from my handle) is available as an add-on with exclusivity terms.

What reporting do I get?

Post-campaign report covering deliverables, dates, creative screenshots, reach/engagement/clicks, code performance, and a recommended next-step plan.

Do you do long-term partnerships?

Preferred. I recommend a 3-month ambassador test with monthly content, recurring product integration, and trackable code + UTM reporting.

What about exclusivity?

Category exclusivity is negotiable and priced into retainer packages. Standard window is 30 days around campaign content.

Are rates published?

Rates scale by format, usage rights, exclusivity, and campaign complexity. I'll send a quote with two package options in my first reply.

What won't you promote?

Anything I wouldn't use myself. Anything that's dishonest about what it does. Anything in the diet-culture lane. RD credential is on the line here.
